Al Haditha Energy SAOC has been established as an In-Country Value initiative in 2011, consisting of around 2600 shareholders with a share Capital of R.O. 5.5 Million.

Al Haditha has been formed by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Ministry of Interiors, Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Investment Promotion along with PDO to carryout Upstream Onshore surface in oil & gas activities, mainly Pipelines, Flowlines, Well hookups, Manifold Fabrication and On-plot Piping works.

Al Haditha average annual turnover is US$ 100 Million with an Omanisation percentage at around 60%.

MISSION : Al Haditha provides services to energy clients with valued construction solutions using our expertise in design, procurement, construction and commissioning of flowlines and inter field pipelines.
