Operating through five specialized divisions, KMI produces over 70 locally designed, engineered, and certified products. Our extensive range includes fire-rated, blast-resistant, and bullet-resistant doors, sliding gates, detention doors, crash-rated fences, advanced water control gates, and more—each built to address the complex demands of modern infrastructure and security.

KMI Divisions

Hollow Metal Doors Division (HMD)

At Al Kuhaimi Metal Industries provides a wide array of advanced door solutions, engineered for fire resistance, acoustical performance, and smoke control. Our offerings include specialized products such as lead-lined doors for radiation shielding, high-grade stainless-steel doors, and custom-engineered steel frames, all designed to meet the highest safety and performance standards. With the flexibility to customize solutions, HMD caters to the unique requirements of diverse commercial and industrial projects, ensuring reliable quality and adaptability across various applications.

Structural Products Division (SPD)

Specializes in advanced security and safety solutions, offering a comprehensive range of products, including blast-resistant and bullet-resistant doors, large-scale sliding doors, fire-rated sliding doors, and specialized doors for aircraft hangars and air fighter shelters. SPD also manufactures security and detention doors, anti-personnel fences, crash-rated fences and gates (M50P1), road blockers, hydraulic and static bollards (rising posts), and tire killers, providing robust security for high-risk environments. Additionally, SPD manufactures structural components for wastewater treatment, such as sluice gates, penstocks, water stops, water flap gates, and water swing gates, along with other heavy-duty steel and stainless-steel fabrications.

Rolling Doors Division (RUD)

Manufactures an extensive selection of rolling doors, including heavy-duty industrial rolling doors, fire-rated shutter doors, and high-speed doors tailored for industrial and commercial applications. RUD also offers specialized solutions such as sectional doors, loading dock equipment, loading dock levelers, and folding-up hangar doors, designed to enhance safety and efficiency in logistics and transportation operations.

Powder Coating Plant

At Al Kuhaimi Metal Industries is equipped with an advanced, automated powder coating line, designed to deliver high-quality, durable finishes with efficiency and precision. This cutting-edge system includes a quick color change feature, enabling rapid transitions between colors to meet diverse project requirements and optimize production times.

In addition to powder coating, the plant offers comprehensive wet paint applications, providing versatile finishing solutions for a variety of metal surfaces. The entire process is supported by a multi-stage pretreatment line that ensures optimal adhesion, corrosion resistance, and surface quality. Our powder coating and wet paint services are tailored to withstand rigorous conditions, ensuring long-lasting protection and a flawless appearance for industrial, commercial.

Stainless Steel & Glass Division (SSG)

Offers a broad range of premium stainless steel and glass solutions tailored for safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Our products include stainless steel columns, cladding, rails, and specialized stainless-steel components for healthcare environments. We also provide architectural elements like skylight canopies, stainless steel doors and frames, and advanced fire-rated glazing systems, including fire-rated glass, glazed doors, curtain walls, and glass smoke barriers. These solutions are designed to enhance the functionality and appearance of commercial and industrial projects.

Hardware Division (HW)

At Al Kuhaimi Metal Industries Ltd. specializes in supplying a comprehensive range of high-quality door hardware and accessories to meet the rigorous demands of security, durability, and functionality. Our hardware offerings include door locks, hinges, door closers, handles, and trims, each carefully selected to complement KMI’s extensive product line of doors and metal structures.

We also provide heavy-duty exit devices and weather stripping for added safety and resilience in high-traffic and industrial environments. For enhanced functionality, the HW Division offers a selection of electrified products, including electronic locks and access control solutions, tailored to meet modern security requirements.

Additionally, our range features anti-microbial paint finishes on select hardware items, promoting hygiene and protection in healthcare and other sensitive environments.
