Holger is a certified Project Management professional who joined the KCA Deutag Group in 1992 working with both the Kenera/Bentec and KCA Deutag drilling business unit in onshore and offshore environments. Following various electrical engineering, supervisor, and team lead positions, in 2008 he ventured into Project Management to deliver new-build and upgrade projects in Asia, Europe, Russia and the Middle East. In 2013 Holger was promoted to the head of projects for the Land BU. Since 2017 he is heading up the R&D project to digitize and automate the KCAD land fleet to enhance service delivery, cost reduction and sustainability targets. Holger is based in his role as Manager Digitalization in Bad Bentheim, Germany.
