Marwa Hassan is the Chief Growth Officer at Aeromon, bringing over 20 years of expertise in digitalization and emissions management within the Oil & Gas industry. She holds an MSc in Nuclear Engineering and an MBA, blending her technical knowledge with strategic business insight. Prior to joining Aeromon, Marwa spent 18 years at SLB (Schlumberger), where she specialized in optimizing production and operations by developing and implementing digital solutions for data acquisition, surveillance, analysis, and optimization. Throughout her career at SLB, Marwa held various global leadership roles in marketing, sales, and engineering. She played a key role in advancing digital oilfield and integrated operations across regions such as the Middle East, Europe, and North America, contributing to significant projects like the Kuwait Digital Oilfield project and OMV's DigitUp program, among others. Since 2022, Marwa has shifted her focus to emissions management, developing innovative solutions for monitoring and reducing emissions within the energy sector. She has delivered over 200 courses and presentations worldwide, sharing her extensive knowledge on digitalization and emissions management. Her notable work, "From Digital Oilfield to Operational Excellence," was published in the Journal of Japan Association for Petroleum Technology (JAPT) in 2019.
