H2S Removal with SULFURTRAP® Skid-Mounted Adsorbent Vessel System

SULFURTRAP® Skid-Mounted Vessel System has two vertical pressure vessels in lead-lag configuration. The sour stream is fed to the top section of the lead vessel passing through both vessels as in a series arrangement. Once the adsorbent in the lead vessel has been exhausted, the sour feed is redirected to only flow through the lag bed with fresh adsorbent and the lead vessel is placed off-line to perform the adsorbent change-out. Finally, when the fresh adsorbent is loaded in the original lead vessel, the feed flow continues with the original lag vessel becoming the new lead vessel.
